I visited the Embassy on Wednesday to submit paperwork
to renounce my US citizenship. I was told that I needed
to fill out another form (DS-4079) and contact you for
an appointment with the Consul.

That form is ready, and I would like to proceed. Please
let me know what appointments might be open next week.
