Do the French government really think their employees are going to be bothered to sift through all the page addresses to find the truly criminal? It seems to me that thousands of websites are going to get banned, simply because some 'concerned citizen' of minority x decides that minority y offends him. You're going to have almost the entirety of the independent web page community banned. That’s ludicrous!
