If you break the law then you get punished. There is a fine line between the pain & the punishment. I feel bad about evil punishment but really what do you do with these people? Let them work out, use computers for games and FaceBook, watch sports & cartoons? They need life coping skills over time. Change the evil ways!!! Give them hope for a better future!
