Communication only occurs between equals. Any relationship based in the hierarchy of mutually oppressing forces, i.e. Master-slave, Dictator-masses, King-serf, etc. only jams the communication potential born from mutual affinity, commitment to openness, and empathy of Being.

Equality is a paradox.
That being said, I support what I think is the sentiment behind this post, and would agree with that true communication is impossible whilst coercion is taking place.
