It's kinda hard to reconcile writing like that with Smith's furious, bizarro-world ravings over at C4SS the other day. Sort of a "You can't be a libertarian if you disagree with me! The invasion of Iraq was a great idea that Bush just didn't run properly! Support our troops! Go USA! I'm the only real libertarian here! Hey Kevin Carson, why do you want to put me in a gulag, you objectively pro-communist nazi?" And yet the very same guy writes fascinating stuff like this. My head asplode! Wow.
